Stuck at the machine, or spotted something in a guide that does not match what you see? Write to us. The more detail you give, the more useful our reply can be.
Tell us the brand and model of your machine, what you see and hear, such as loops under the fabric or a clunk on every stitch, and what you have already tried, like a fresh needle or a full rethread.

How quickly will I hear back?
We read every message ourselves and reply as soon as we can. Response times vary with how busy the inbox is, so we cannot promise a fixed window. If your machine is mid-project, tell us that in your first line so we know it is urgent to you.
What should I include in my email?
The brand and exact model of your machine, the symptom you see or hear, and what you have already tried. If you can, mention your needle size, thread type and tension setting, for example a 90/14 needle with the dial at 4. A short photo of the stitching helps too.
Can you tell me if my repair needs a shop?
We can help you rule out the usual suspects first: rethreading, a fresh needle, the correct bobbin and the tension dial. Some problems, like timing issues or motor faults, belong at a repair shop, and we will say so plainly if that is what your description points to.
